Version 1.3 2015/11
The only changes compared to the pre-version are additional items in some of the code-lists; the items in the code-list "ReferenceSystemCodes" are completely new and no longer based on the EPSG-codes. Structurally, the new version 1.3 is identical to the previous version.
Version 1.2 2013/11
The xid-element, which is used to identify a time-series, does now instead of a key / value - pair contain a single element, which has to be an UUID (in version 4).
Version 1.1 2009/09
The tsel-element may now be empty.
This is necessary in order to form a vailid Web Service response, when there are no data in the querried time period.
